YouTrack/Jira

Use this tab to connect the WorkLyft system with external project/issue trackers such as YouTrack or Jira. Once connected, you can refer to external projects, e.g. when reporting time and assigning tasks.

The section provides tools to:

• View a list of defined YouTrack/JIRA projects

• Add new projects for integration

• Update or remove existing projects

The project name in the WorkLyft e must match the project name in YouTrack/Jira. In API Keys settings - you can define connection details (base URL, acces token/API key) to interate your system with Employee.
