Employee States

Define employee states according to your company’s needs.

This tab manages the lifecycle states of employees (e.g., Hired, Working, Terminated). For each state, admins can configure:

• Label

• Whether it's a "working state"

• Whether it implies a leaving notification

These states are used to track employee availability and status in workflows.
