  • Edit – modify selected record

  • Add – create a new record

  • Charts – generate visual reports/graphs

  • Download () – export data

  • Generate Transfers – automatically prepare transfer orders.

  • Assign Project (only 100%) – link records to a project, but only at full (100%) allocation

  • Record Status – whether the entry is new or already processed

  • Settlement Info – settlement reference

  • Document Number – invoice or document ID

  • Document Date – the date the document was issued

  • Bank Account – account number associated with the transaction

Each cost or income record can be edited and managed along with its related details, which is particularly helpful for employee settlements. The available options include:

  1. Details – view essential information about the selected record

  • edit- modify important data within the record

  • accountant- send the record directly to the accounting team

  • HR- send the record directly to the HR team

  • Share-share the record with anyone who needs access

  1. History- review the history linked to the selected income or expense.

  2. Projects- view the project an employee is assigned to (if the record is linked to an employee).

  3. Feed- see and add comments.

  4. Tasks- check tasks related to the record.

  5. Contract- view the employee’s contract (if the record is linked to an employee).
