# Correspondences
The correspondence panel allows you to add scans of paper-based company correspondence, so that documents from clients and important institutions can be easily found and monitored. The list of correspondence can be easily filtered by:
* Employee
* Client
* Other's signature
* Own signature
* Correspondence name
The panel also allows **adding comments** in the feed area, **creating tasks**, and **viewing files** by the selected correspondent.

### Creating a new correspondence
New correspondence can be quickly added by entering key information such as the document name, important dates, and the file itself.
