Keep all external correspondence organized in one place, with easy access and quick search.

The correspondence panel allows you to add scans of paper-based company correspondence, so that documents from clients and important institutions can be easily found and monitored. The list of correspondence can be easily filtered by:

  • Employee

  • Client

  • Other's signature

  • Own signature

  • Correspondence name

The panel also allows adding comments in the feed area, creating tasks, and viewing files by the selected correspondent.


Creating a new correspondence

New correspondence can be quickly added by entering key information such as the document name, important dates, and the file itself.
