Task Templates

Task templates are reusable blueprints for creating tasks within workflows. Each template defines the default properties of a task: who it’s assigned to, what group/category it belongs to, what the priority is, and optionally which objects it references.

Templates help standardize task creation, ensuring consistency across workflows and reducing manual configuration.

Task Templates View

• The view displays all defined task templates in a grid table.

• You can search templates by name, filter them by category or access group, and sort columns for quick navigation.

• A search bar is available for free-text lookups.

• A filter panel allows further refinement, e.g. selecting only task templates belonging to a given category or group.

• You can create a new template by clicking the New Template button.
