Tracking Leave Balances
Overview
The Leaves tab in the Self Service module lets you track your remaining leave days, see a complete history of past requests, and quickly understand the status of each leave.
This gives you full control and visibility over your time off without needing to contact HR.

Steps to Track Your Leave Balances
Open the Leaves tab
Go to Self Service → Leaves to access your leave dashboard.
View your leave history
The table provides a complete list of your leave records, including:
Leave type – e.g., vacation, sick leave, special leave
Start & end dates – planned or past absences
Days count – number of days taken per leave
Status – see whether a request is Approved, Rejected, or Pending
Submission date – when the request was created
Check your annual limits
At the top of the page, you’ll see:
Total annual leave allowance
Days used
Days remaining
Filter your view
Use the filters to quickly find specific leave records:
By year – narrow the list to a specific calendar year
By status – show only approved, pending, or rejected requests
By type – focus on a specific leave type
Open detailed request view
Click on any leave record to see:
Approval history
Approver details
Any attached documents
Outcome
Always know how many leave days you have left
