Keeping your personal information up to date in THE.Employee ensures smooth payroll, accurate HR processes, and reliable communication.

With the Profile tab in the Self Service module, you can review, update, or request changes to your personal details anytime — without contacting HR.

Steps to Update Your Personal Data

  1. Open the Profile tab

    Go to Self Service → Profile to view your personal information.

  2. Review your current data

    Check details such as:

    • Full name

    • Private email and phone number

    • Residential address

    • Bank account for salary payments

    • For B2B contractors: company billing data

  3. Edit available fields

    • Click Update Information to modify editable details, such as your private email, phone number, or date of birth.

    • Save your changes to update the system immediately.

  4. Request changes for locked fields

    • If a field (e.g., job title or department) is locked, click Submit Change Request to notify Administrator.

    • The system will guide you through the request form.

  5. Check the “Status” tab

    • See whether your salary and personal data are fully completed and valid.

    • A green checkmark ✅ means everything is correct.

    • If there’s missing information, you’ll be prompted to update or request changes.
