Workflow Templates

Workflow templates are predefined process blueprints that describe how a set of tasks is structured, connected, and executed in the system. They allow administrators to standardize business processes and ensure that employees follow consistent steps when handling complex cases (e.g., invoicing, onboarding, contract approval).

Workflow Templates View

• Displays all defined workflow templates in a grid table.

• Each row shows key information:

  • Name

  • Category

  • Related Project (if assigned)

  • Distinguishing Object Model (e.g., Contract, Employee, Invoice)

• Built-in tools for search (by name) and filters (e.g., by access group).

• The view supports sorting and quick navigation to locate workflows easily.

• New templates can be created by clicking the New Template button.
