You can browse departments, locate colleagues, and see reporting lines — all in a single structured view.

Steps to View the Company Structure
Navigate to the Company view
Go to Self Service → Company → Structure.
Browse the organization tree
View the entire company hierarchy:
Departments with their assigned managers
Employees nested under their respective teams
Search for a colleague
Use the search bar to find a specific person by their email address or name.
Review team details
Click on a department to:
View assigned employees
See the department manager(s)
Understand reporting and team layout
Outcome
Provides full transparency into your company’s structure
