The Company Structure tab gives you a clear, real-time overview of your organization’s hierarchy.

You can browse departments, locate colleagues, and see reporting lines — all in a single structured view.

Steps to View the Company Structure

  1. Navigate to the Company view

    Go to Self Service → Company → Structure.

  2. Browse the organization tree

    View the entire company hierarchy:

    • Departments with their assigned managers

    • Employees nested under their respective teams

  3. Search for a colleague

    Use the search bar to find a specific person by their email address or name.

  4. Review team details

    Click on a department to:

    • View assigned employees

    • See the department manager(s)

    • Understand reporting and team layout
