# Absences

This tab provides a live overview of team member availability — helping you avoid planning conflicts and understand staffing levels at a glance.

You can switch between two views:

* List View – A chronological list of upcoming and past employee absences
* Calendar View – A visual layout of leaves by day, week, or month

You can also filter absences by:

* Project – Show only leaves from your assigned projects
* Employee – Focus on a specific team member
* Date Range – Limit the view to a selected time period
