{% hint style="info" %}
If the button is not available yet, the system will display a notice like “Available in 10 days” in the Invoice State column. This means the closure will be possible once the billing window opens.
{% endhint %}

### Step-by-step Instructions

When the current month is available for closure, follow these steps:

1. **Review your work summary**

   Make sure your worked hours, days off, and deductions are accurate.
2. **Sign the work confirmation**

   The system automatically generates a summary document based on your records. Review it and sign it digitally.
3. **Upload your invoice or billing document**

   Add your invoice (or internal billing document), based on your contract type and agreement.
4. **Set the last working day**

   Indicate the final day of the billing period (usually the last calendar day of the month).
5. **Review the settlement amount**

   Ensure that the total value matches what’s stated in your invoice. Any mismatch could delay processing.
6. **(Optional) Add a comment**

   Add clarifying notes, such as invoice adjustments, special cases, or remarks for HR/Accounting.
7. **Submit for approval**

   Once submitted, the entry moves to the HR and Finance teams for further processing.

### During submission, you’ll see key summary sections:

* Contract Details – Type, rate, billing frequency, and currency
* Working Hours – Total hours approved for the period
* Leaves – Number of days off recorded
* Balance – Difference between required and worked hours

{% hint style="warning" %}
If any data appears incorrect — for example, wrong hour totals, missing leave days, or incorrect rate — report it immediately before submitting.
{% endhint %}
