# Assets

The **Assets** tab provides you with a transparent overview of all company-owned items that have been assigned to you — such as laptops, access cards, or other hardware.

You can verify your equipment, check its details, and report any discrepancies directly from this view.

Each asset assigned to you appears in a detailed table with the following information:

* Specification - The name and description of the item (e.g. *MacBook Pro*, *Access Card*).
* Serial - The manufacturer’s serial number — a unique identifier for the item.
* Company Number - The internal asset number used in the company’s inventory or finance system.
* Status - Indicates whether the assignment is confirmed:
  * ✅ Confirmed (green) – The asset is officially assigned to you.
  * ❌ Unconfirmed (red) – You haven’t confirmed receipt of the item yet.
* Last Status Change - The most recent date and time when the asset’s assignment status changed (e.g. new issue, return, confirmation).
* Gross / Net Value - The financial value of the asset, useful for internal accounting or reports.
* Do you have it? - You can confirm whether you currently possess the item:
  * Click YES ✔️ if the asset is in your possession.
  * Click NO ❌ if it has been returned or is missing.

#### Report a Missing Asset

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a link:

“Cannot find your asset on the list? REPORT IT.”

Use this if:

* A company asset you currently hold is not listed
* You notice incorrect or outdated information

Clicking the link will allow you to notify the relevant department (e.g. IT or HR) so they can investigate and update the records.
