# Working hours

This section allows administrators to define working hours on a **monthly basis** for each year and specific countries. This configuration supports compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Users can:

* Add working hours by selecting the **year**, **month**, **country**, and defining the number of hours expected for that month

This ensures accurate tracking of employee capacity and planning.
