# External

Use the **External Clients** tab to grant secure access to your customers or partners so they can collaborate on specific projects without exposing internal data. Access is **email-based** and scoped to **PMO features** and **selected projects** only.

**What external users can do:**

* **PMO portal access** with a simplified UI
* **View reported hours** for assigned projects (timesheets)
* **Approve / reject hours**
* **Manage projects allocations**
