# Employee States

This tab manages the lifecycle states of employees (e.g., `Hired`, `Working`, `Terminated`). For each state, admins can configure:

* Label
* Whether it's a "working state"
* Whether it implies a leaving notification

These states are used to track employee availability and status in workflows.
