# Contractors
Contractors panel offers an efficient and user-friendly interface for managing all relevant contractor data. You can easily **search** for needed information using **the search bar** or **filter by showing** existing or deleted contractors.

Each row in the table represents an individual contractor, and the columns provide various details:
🗑️ **Trash Bin**: Delete contractor record.
⬇️ **Download/View**: generate a file with the necessary information about the contractor.
**#Generate URL**: generate and copy the URL with the contractor's data to send it externally.
What information about contractors can be viewed?
* **ID**
* **Name**
* **NIP**
* **Bank Account**
* **Country**
* **City**
* **Street**
* **Zip Code**
* **Currency**
* **Contractor Type**
* **Payment From**
* **Payment Term**
* **VAT Payer**.
* **Website/Link**
The table can also be filtered by total expenses or income for a selected year, displaying only the relevant records.

**Adding a new contractor**
A new contractor can be easily added by selecting the *Add* option and entering the required information.
