The Project Management module in WorkLyft is designed for team leaders, project managers, and operational decision-makers who need to stay on top of people, time, and costs.

It provides a complete view of projects and teams — enabling better planning, smoother delivery, and real-time awareness of resource and financial performance.

* Define projects and subprojects based on client, team, or delivery type
* Assign budget caps and hourly plans
