# User Roles & Access

### Who Uses What?

Each user group has dedicated access designed for their daily operations:

| **Employee**        | Personal profile, projects, hours, billing, time-off requests, assets                                   |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Manager**         | Approvals, team planning, workload overview, helpdesk, performance tracking                             |
| **Admin**           | HR files, finances, reports, contracts, salaries, invoices, deductions, leave system... **Everything.** |
| **Finance / HR**    | Settlements, cost centers, payroll exports, invoice validation                                          |
| **IT / Operations** | User access, asset tracking, infrastructure monitoring, API setup                                       |
