Manager

Approvals, team planning, workload overview, helpdesk, performance tracking

Admin

HR files, finances, reports, contracts, salaries, invoices, deductions, leave system... Everything.

Finance / HR

Settlements, cost centers, payroll exports, invoice validation

IT / Operations

User access, asset tracking, infrastructure monitoring, API setup
