The Structure tab displays the full organizational chart. It allows you to:

* Search for employees using their email address to locate them in the company hierarchy
* Explore departments and subteams (e.g. Tech, QA, PMO, Marketing)
* See assigned managers for each department
* Get a clear picture of reporting lines and team composition
