The Structure tab displays the full organizational chart. It allows you to:

• Search for employees using their email address to locate them in the company hierarchy

• Explore departments and subteams (e.g. Tech, QA, PMO, Marketing)

• See assigned managers for each department

• Get a clear picture of reporting lines and team composition
